The group operates 20 brand series focused on accommodation, with nearly 40 products, including Home Inns hotel, Motel 168, and Fairyland Hotel. Comprehensive Personnel Database
C&T HRM system helped the hotel group establish a complete personnel information database, managing all employee information from headquarters and hotels, including onboarding, probation management, offboarding, and contract renewals, achieving comprehensive employee lifecycle management.
Comprehensive Budget Management
The system provides budget preparation, execution, and analysis functions for headquarters and hotels, offering clear and comprehensive budget management. The flexible system supports headquarters in preparing budgets, filtering and querying based on departmental positions to effectively control recruitment budgets. For hotel budgets, the system can automatically calculate total salaries based on hotel types, cities, and staffing levels. Additionally, tailored budget preparation solutions were provided based on hotel needs, automatically generating data for various business activities through the system for appropriate staffing levels.
Dedicated Payroll Management System
The C&T HRM payroll templates support the establishment of salary policies for each hotel, allowing independent settings for each payroll management policy, including the activation of payroll items, calculations, and posting processes. The system can set different salary policies for each employee, including shift allowances, leave pay, and overtime pay, and supports monthly, quarterly, and annual salary calculations.
Integrated Process Platform
By establishing an integrated process platform, employees can view company announcements and manage their personal information. Employees can also complete onboarding, probation, salary adjustment, and offboarding processes on the platform, while management can quickly review and process requests. The system facilitates communication between employees and management, achieving the group’s centralized visualization and standardized control requirements.
