C&T Shares Insights on Hong Kong’s 468 Rule at AI‑Powered HRM Cycle Seminar
Hong Kong, May 14, 2026 — Computer And Technologies Holdings Limited (“C&T”) participated in the AI Powered HRM Cycle seminar organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (HKIHRM), where C&T joined Moka and Lantern AI to share practical perspectives on navigating Hong Kong’s 468 Rule.
During the session, speakers highlighted that the 468 Rule goes beyond statutory compliance and is increasingly shaping how HR teams plan workforce strategies, monitor working hours, and manage employee data across multiple systems. The discussion focused on how organisations can adopt a more structured, system driven approach to reduce operational risk while improving consistency in HR decision making.
C&T shared key insights on how digital and AI enabled solutions can support compliance under the 468 framework. These included the use of system driven calculations to minimise manual tracking and enhance accuracy, as well as automated controls—described as “digital guardrails”—to help manage compliance exposure in daily HR operations.
The session also explored the role of AI driven recruitment compliance in safeguarding hiring decisions at an early stage, alongside AI hiring manager capabilities designed to address trust gaps and improve evaluation consistency across recruitment processes.
By combining compliance requirements with intelligent HR technologies, C&T emphasised that organisations can turn regulatory change into an opportunity to strengthen workforce planning, governance, and data integration. The seminar concluded with an exchange of views on how HR and business leaders can continue the conversation as the implications of the 468 Rule evolve.
